The 2025 County Line Rosé bursts with bright, punchy aromas that belie its pale blush hue. Layers of lime zest, fresh kumquat, and alpine strawberry take center stage amongst perfumed notes of rose petal and gardenia. The vibrant nose is mirrored on the palate, framed by a flinty minerality and a distinct saline edge. Energetic acidity unfolds throughout, creating a mouthwatering tension that irresistibly lingers. Seamlessly crushable and dynamic, the 2025 Rosé excels alongside classic salade Niçoise, and stands in effortlessly for mignonette sauce with freshly shucked oysters.
AGRARIAN WAY
Highlighting a time-honored practice, the horse and plow pays homage to traditional hand farming and the rich history of our ranch. Remnants of agricultural and winemaking equipment from generations past are scattered throughout the property and sheltered in our barns. While we have evolved from the horse and plow, we continue to tend our vines by hand and are committed to low-intervention practices in the cellar.
